Great spot for quick trips

Checked in and got a sweet view – except the room was super cramped! Had to squeeze by the bed. The air con was a lifesaver, and the food at the lobby bar was tasty. Just watch out for those surprise charges on your bill. Location is awesome for exploring nearby eats!

The rooftop pool and hot tub were amazing, plus the location near the cruise terminal made everything super convenient. Had a great time enjoying the view of the port ships from the pool deck!

The kids loved the rooftop pool and the easy beach access. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, making it a fun family experience. The views from our room were breathtaking and added to the charm of our stay.

In my wife's opinion, the elevators were too slow for a large family. It would be great to have more accessible options for handling luggage with kids.

It was just a nice choice for a passing visit in San Juan with reasonable price. The lobby had a beautiful design that caught my eye right away. Make sure to explore the nearby shops and restaurants.

The King Room with Bay View was super spacious and had stunning views that made mornings special. I loved lounging by the outdoor pool and soaking in the jacuzzi after a long day. The only hiccup was the slow elevator, but it didn't ruin my experience at all! 🏖️

The location is fantastic, with stunning views of the harbor and easy access to shops and restaurants. While the staff were mostly friendly, one staff member was notably rude, which stood out amid the otherwise accommodating service. The chaotic atmosphere in the lobby, filled with families and children from cruise ships, may not suit those seeking tranquility. Dining options had great food, but the bar was often closed early or out of stock.

We loved visiting the historic forts and the vibrant local markets. The location is perfect, right by the cruise docks. Just a heads-up, the hotel is a bit older, and some amenities might be limited, but the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. Definitely recommend checking it out!

I did have some trouble with noise during my stay. The first night, the bar below was quite loud, making it hard to sleep. I wish they had told us about that ahead of time.

I stayed in a Deluxe 2 double bed City view room for 1 night. The beds were super comfy, which was great for getting some sleep. The location was perfect, super close to everything. But, honestly, the noise from families and kids in the lobby was pretty chaotic, not ideal for a quiet vibe. Also, one of my room keys didn’t work at first, which was annoying.
